Plant Ability

Milco Industries consists of four divisions; The Textile Division, Women’s Sleepwear, Women’s Panties, and Men’s and Women’s Activewear.

Milco’s Textile division’s primary markets are Health Care, Home Furnishings, Athletic Wear, Industrial and Intimate Apparel. Our knitting capability in Tricot knit is two and three bar tricot, 20, 24, 28, 32 and 36 gauges. Milco also has circular knit fabrics in Jersey, Interlock, Double Knit, Minijac, and various other constructions are available. Our dying capabilities include Atmospheric Beam, Pressure Beam and Pressure Jet Dying. We are able to finish our fabric by Framing, Napping, Calendaring and Back Coating. Raw materials include nylon, polyester, acetate, polypropylene and spandex yarns. Finishing chemistry includes flame retardants, anti-microbial, moisture management, stain/water repellants and print penetration.

Milco’s activewear division manufactures items that include Flatlock Base Layer, Fleece Pullovers, Fleece Jackets, Flatlock Compression Tops and Bottoms, Basketball Shorts, Soccer Shorts, Equestrian Bottoms and Yoga Tops and Bottoms. Among the fabrics Milco works with are Circular Knit Micro Polyesters and Nylons, Polar Fleece, Nylon Spandex Tricots, Athletic Mesh and Dazzle, Circular Polypropylene Spandex and Sueded Stretch Jerseys.

Milco’s lingerie products include Panties, Camisoles and Slips. Sleepwear styles include Robes, Pajamas, Baby Dolls, Nightshirts, Gowns, Boxer Sets, Lounge Dresses and Loungewear. Fabrics include Variegated Jersey, Brushed Interlock, Reversible Knitted Jersey, Poly Satin, Knitted Gauze, Brushed Polyester, Nylon Tricot and Polar Fleece.

Milco has a subsidiary company in El Salvador (Lenor S.A. de C.V.) that sews both activewear and sleepwear. Milco also maintains staffing and quality control personnel in Mexico and Turkey and has close relationships with manufacturers in Malaysia and China.

Milco’s Data Processing Department utilizes ASN, EDI and RFID. We ship garments FOB, LDP or through our warehouse in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania. Milco has extensive replenishment programs with major retailers. Milco’s Distribution Center is located in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania.
